General Practice - Service and Teaching
Dr Peter Burke
I am a strong believer in medical education, and this is much more than just training. I have been dealing with medical students, trainees and experienced doctors in a variety of roles since 1983.
Medical Practice
Available for locum work in Oxfordshire and around. I bring experience of general practice dating back 37 years, including 27 years as a partner in a busy East Oxford practice
Teaching
and assessment
I work for Oxford University as one of the tutors on the Communication Skills Course. I also teach on courses for candidates in the MRCGP Clinical Skills Assessment, and I work as an appraiser for NHS England (South Central).
Other responsibilities include being Honorary Secretary of the BMA (Oxfordshire Division) and membership of the Thames Valley Faculty Board of the RCGP.
